🔧 Troubleshooting & Common Issues

1️⃣ My referral didn’t track—what happened?

  • They must enter your referral code when signing up.

  • If you used the referral form, ensure the details were correct.

  • The referral must be new—if they were already in our system, it won’t count.

  • If unsure, contact admin@mcbhub.co.uk with their details, and we’ll check.

2️⃣ My referral signed up but didn’t get a discount—why?

  • Did they use your referral code at sign-up?

  • Discounts only apply to first-time customers.

  • If they forgot to use your code, email admin@mcbhub.co.uk ASAP, and we’ll see if we can fix it.

3️⃣ I referred someone, but I didn’t get paid.

  • Commission is only paid for valid, completed referrals.

  • If a referral was already in our system or didn’t complete their sign-up, it won’t count.

  • Check your monthly performance email for your successful referral count.

4️⃣ I need my referral code—where can I find it?

  • Your unique referral code was sent to you when you were approved.

  • Can’t find it? Contact admin@mcbhub.co.uk, and we’ll resend it.

5️⃣ Can I refer myself?

  • No—referrals must be for new customers only.

6️⃣ Can I post my referral code online?

  • Yes, but only in appropriate spaces (e.g., your website, email list, or social channels).

  • No spamming or sharing in places that violate site policies.

7️⃣ How do I move up to the next referral tier?

  • Once you hit 101+ referrals, your tier upgrades automatically.

  • We will update your commission & discount level in your monthly performance email.
