Referrer's Terms and Conditions

By participating in the MCB-Hub Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Approval
   1.1. To be eligible for commission payments and referral discounts, you must be an approved referrer under the MCB-Hub Referral Program.
   1.2. MCB-Hub reserves the right to approve or decline referrer applications at its discretion.
   1.3. Referrers may not refer themselves or any business in which they have an ownership interest.

2. Valid Referrals
   2.1. A referral is only valid if the referred individual or business is a new customer who is not already a paying customer in our system.
   2.2. The referred customer must enter the referrer’s unique code at the time of sign-up or registration.
   2.3. If a referred customer signs up without using a valid referral code, the referrer will not be eligible for commission or discount benefits.
   2.4. If multiple referrers claim the same referral, MCB-Hub will determine the valid referrer based on the first recorded referral in our system and our internal verification process.
   2.5 The referred customer must sign up for a paid account with a minimum monthly subscription of £37 per month. The referred customer's first payment must be successful and not refunded.

3. Commission Structure
   3.1. Commission payments are based on the number of successful referrals per year:

• 0-100 successful referrals → £5 per referral + 5% discount for the referred customer.

• 101-500 successful referrals → £7 per referral + 7% discount for the referred customer.

• 501+ successful referrals → £10 per referral + 10% discount for the referred customer.
  3.2. A referral is considered successful only when the referred customer has fully signed up and paid for an eligible MCB-Hub service.
  3.3. Commission payments will be processed on a monthly basis + 31 days via the payment method chosen by the referrer at sign-up.

4. General Terms
   4.1. MCB-Hub reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
   4.2. Any suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of the program, or violation of these terms will result in disqualification from the referral program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
   4.3. MCB-Hub is not responsible for any technical issues preventing proper tracking of referrals.
