Your MCB-Hub invoice provides a detailed breakdown of your subscription charges, so you can easily track payments and manage your billing. Here’s what each section of your invoice means:


1. Invoice Header

  • Invoice Number: A unique reference for your records.
  • Date Issued: The date the invoice was generated.
  • Payment Due Date: If applicable, this is the deadline for payment.

2. Billing Details

  • Account Information: Your name or business name, address, and contact details as listed in your account.
  • Plan Details: The name of your subscription plan (e.g., Premium Plan – Quarterly Payment).

3. Charges Summary

  • Subscription Fees: The cost of your selected plan or features.
  • Discounts: Any applicable discounts (e.g., annual billing discount or promotional offers).
  • Taxes: If applicable, the tax amount based on your location.
  • Total Amount: The final amount payable.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • If you’ve already paid:
    • The invoice will show as Paid, with details of the transaction (e.g., payment method, date of payment).
  • If payment is pending:
    • The invoice will show as Unpaid or Due, with instructions for completing payment.

5. How to Access Your Invoice

  • Log in to your MCB-Hub Account and navigate to Billing History.
  • Select the invoice you wish to view or download.
